The system (10) has a bowl (14) mounted pivotingally on side walls (22, 24) of a support (12) between a closed position, in which the bowl extends vertically parallel to a bottom (20) of the support. The bowl extends horizontally perpendicular to the bottom in an open position. An edge (36) of the bowl near the bottom is spaced from the bottom in the open position to create a drainage passage. The edge is adjacent to an upper edge (30) of a frontal wall (26) of the support, such that the bowl and the wall (26) form a continuous flat surface.
