The speedometer indicates exceeding of speed, that is in form of basic period of individual mental speed (BIP), programmed by a driver of a motor vehicle moving on a highway. The speedometer indicates exceeding of speed to the driver by alarming a sound signal when the vehicle exceeds speed of 130 kilometer per hour. The speedometer cuts or stops alarming of the sound signal when the vehicle's speed is below speed previously set by the driver.
