The fascia element (25) has an interior unit (26) with aeraulic and soundproofing functions, and an exterior unit (32) in a non-woven material with aeraulic functions, where the unit (26) has material with a felt. The felt has a shape partly defining a contact surface with the exterior unit and partly defining an aeraulic conduit (30), where the exterior unit is distinct from the interior unit. The felt has fibers thermofusible to temperatures, fibers infusible to shaping temperatures or thermoplastic film compatible to thermofusible matter of the material of the interior unit.
