The apparatus has a tracer head (2) plugged on an end (1') of a guiding bar (1) by being turned over at 180 degree and by fixing the head on the bar using disintegrable fixation units i.e. clamping screw (8). The head presents a cutting or star wheel (4) and a pencil (5) transversally extending along an extension direction of the bar. A support slider (3) is movably associated to the bar, and is fixed in different spacing positions with respect to the head. A compass point (7) is made of metallic material, and the head and the support slider are made of plastic material.
