The device has a portion integrated with a horse shoe (4) on a lower surface of the horse shoe for contacting with ground during installation of a foot, where the horse shoe has an upper shoe portion (2) and a lower shoe portion (3). The upper shoe portion is made of metal or plastic material, and a horse hoof (1) is foot-rested by a permanent support on the upper shoe portion during shoeing time. The lower shoe portion and a surface of the horse shoe are made of elastic material.
