The device for non-collective sanitation of wastewater (3), comprises a first layer (5) of particulate material, a wastewater supply opening at upper part of the first layer, a second layer (6) of particulate material, a body for maintaining an immersion height, and a sealed bottom. The second layer has a first edge in its upper part contacting with an edge of the lower part of the first layer, a second edge, and a lower part placed more lower than the lower part of the first layer. The body maintains the immersion level of the first layer at height of the bottom part of the first layer. The device for non-collective sanitation of wastewater (3), comprises a first layer (5) of particulate material, a wastewater supply opening at upper part of the first layer, a second layer (6) of particulate material, a body for maintaining an immersion height, and a sealed bottom.
