The device (7) has a movable anti-rotating fin (8) constituted by a deformable wall pivoting around a longitudinal axis whose vertical projection on a general plane of a stretcher (1) is right, where the anti-rotating fin is movable between an inactive retracted position and an active deployed position. The longitudinal axis is parallel to the plane of the stretcher. The deformable wall is supported by a fin support. A tubular shaped fin body is pivotingly mounted with respect to a support of the device, along the axis. The wall is constituted of a plastic sheet having stiffeners.
