The device (1) has a supplying circuit (6) connecting a fuel pump (2) to fuel inlets (4) of injectors (3a-3d) of an internal combustion engine, and a fuel tank (7) connected to the pump for pumping fuel. A fuel return circuit (8) connects each draining outlet (F) of each injector to the tank, and includes reduced fuel passage sections (9a-9d), upstream sections (10a-10d) and downstream sections (11a-11d), where the upstream and downstream sections are located at both sides of the passage sections. The passage sections are reduced relative to the upstream sections and the downstream sections.
