Essential oil's e.g. citrus fruit essential oil, stable emulsion realizing method, involves cooling oil and water before oil and water return to atmospheric pressure for obtaining droplets whose average size is less than micrometer
The method involves introducing essential oil (3) to be in contact with the water (2) at a temperature of 100 and 200 Celsius under the pressure higher than or equal to the pressure required for maintaining the water in a liquid phase for assuring the solubilization of the essential oil. The oil and the water are cooled before the oil and the water return to the atmospheric pressure for obtaining the droplets whose average size is less than the micrometer, so that the final concentration of the droplets in the emulsion of the oil in the water is between 0.05 and 1 percentage.
