The floor has thermal protectors (1) arranged between peripheral hollow slabs (2) and longitudinal walls (4a) of a building. An internal lower part of the slabs has notches (26) mechanically connected to spandrels (50b) on transversal walls (4b) of the building, and a semi-circular shaped longitudinal wedged keying groove mechanically connected to the spandrels. Transversal reinforcement bars (61) mechanically connect the slabs to a spandrel (50a) on the walls (4a) to retrieve transversal horizontal efforts. The reinforcement bars pass via transversal splits (11a) connected in the protectors. The protectors have an upper part made of fire stop material. The floor is realized by juxtaposition of the hollow slabs. The notches form connecting rods.
