The belt has two symmetrical elongated orifices at an end (9). A longitudinal slit permits to define two juxtaposed buckles by symmetric fold of the end and by torsion of semi-parts (7, 8) to 90 degrees. The buckles define loops with elastic stress, and permit integration of a tongue/loop connected system by the slit and by the loops. The thickness at the level of the end is thin for compensating the thickness of the fold of the end.
