The device has a plastic hose (2) with an adapter connection (3) e.g. locking connection, at an inlet and a calibrated nozzle (4) at an outlet. The connection connects the inlet to a fluid i.e. water, supply. The nozzle diffuses fluid to an opening space. The hose has an orifice (5) projecting inside a volume (7) of an extensible, inflatable, hermetic rubber membrane (1) i.e. tubular body, for ensuring complete sealing by intimate contact with a periphery of an inner wall of a pipe using internal pressure of the fluid to create opening pressure in the space, when the sealing is obtained.
