The building has a frame in form of wooden beam constituted by spacers (1) that are arranged parallel to each other, where the building is constructed with ground of peripheral metal or wooden beams that can be transported by a jib crane or a helicopter. The spacers are connected together by frames (2) in an upper part to form a structure for the body of the building. An independent claim is also included for a method for installing a prefabricated building.
