Filling system for a fuel tank of a motor vehicle has relief that either juts out and blocks swinging of valve when a small diameter nozzle interacts with it or is hollow and hides the valve when the latter is in a position swung open
The filling system has a valve (2) swung into its open position by a force exerted by a free end of a large diameter pump nozzle (9) against a contact face of the valve. The inner surface of the pipe which is opposite the valve assuming a swung position includes a relief. The relief either juts out and blocks the swinging of the valve when a small diameter nozzle interacts with it or is hollow and hides the valve when the latter is in a position swung open under the effect of a large diameter nozzle.
