The installation comprises a greenhouse (3) with a heat floor (4) comprising a set of pipes (6) supplied with coolant fluid, a solar heating device (7) disposed in the greenhouse, a device for geothermally heating the coolant fluid, a device (5) for returning the sludge (1), a device for cleaning the air contained in the sludge, and a device for evacuating water vapor produced during drying. The heating device comprises a heat pump whose cold source is located outside the greenhouse through a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is present between an internal coolant circuit and coolant fluid.
