The fixer has two half-rings (1) with two orifices receiving two fixation screws and with four bores receiving anchoring pins fixed in determined angular position on both the sides of a focus of an articular fracture. A bridge includes two parts (5a, 5b) connecting the half-rings with free sliding, pivoting and adjustment capacity in an orthogonal plane by using a connection element or lug (7) forming a pivot, where the element is engaged in an orifice (6) of the part (5b). The parts are connected by a pier (8) inclined at 45 degrees, a spring (10) and two pulleys (9, 11).
