The rotor has a screw (14) whose front end is provided with a crosspiece (15) having length equal to a dimension of a base (6) in a direction of an axis of the rotor. The front end has a cylindrical surface (15a) cooperating with a cylindrical front leg (7a) of a front surface (7) of the base. A rear end of the screw is threaded to receive a nut (17) engaged by a spherical or cylindrical surface (17a) on a surface (16a) of corresponding shape of a rear surface (16) of a stop. The rear end forms a hammer fixation bolt with the screw on the rotor.
