The device comprises a rigid envelope tube (7) to be pressed in a filter bed (1) to a specified depth, flexible measuring tubes (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 8e, 8f) fixed inside the envelope tube, and a beam for the measuring tube housed in the envelope tube. Lower end (9a) of the measuring tube exits from the envelope tube for dipping in the aqueous medium of the filter bed and to report the pressure conditions, and is upwardly extended by a bent part and fitted with a strainer (10). Axes of the flexible tubes are parallel to the envelope tube. The strainer is turned upwards. The device comprises a rigid envelope tube (7) to be pressed in a filter bed (1) to a specified depth, flexible measuring tubes (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 8e, 8f) fixed inside the envelope tube, and a beam for the measuring tube housed in the envelope tube. The device is equipped with a unit for sampling the water by suction at upper end of measuring tubes. The sampling unit comprises a suction pump and a set of faucets for connecting the suction pump with a determined measuring tube and to isolate the other measuring tubes. Upper ends of measuring tubes are connected to a horizontal beam fixed to the envelope tube. The beam is formed by a conduit. Connection between each end with the conduit is secured by a fitting equipped with a faucet, which allows to establish or suppress the communication between an associated end and an internal pipe, which is connected by the sampling unit.
