The beam has a metallic mold incorporated in a concrete web (5) and constituted by a folded thin sheet of a piece. The mold includes a formwork base (1), two side walls (2) and stiffeners (3) that are welded to the side walls. The mold includes clips (4) welded to the side walls by welding seams (8) and connecting the concrete web to a slab (6), and upper armatures (9) completing a reinforcement. The stiffeners are constituted by concrete reinforcing bars, and ends of the mold are closed by a tympanum welded to the mold by the welding seams.
