The device has a cylindrical centrifugal fan activated by a motor. The centrifugal fan has curved blades for evacuating the air laterally and not towards the rear. The difference of the atmospheric pressure on each surface of a sealed wall (2) permits determination of the propulsion and the thrust. The internal longitudinal depression created by the blades is less than the atmospheric pressure, during rotation of the fan.
