ENERGY COOPERATION SERVICE BUSINESS SYSTEM AND METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote steam energy cooperation by founding an energy cooperation service undertaker for the interchange of steam energy between different business subjects. PSOLUTION: This energy cooperation service business system is provided with: a heat exhausting boiler 13 owned by a steam producer 1 who produces steam by burning fuel; production processes 25 and 35 owned by one or more steam clients 2A and 2B; a steam interchange facility 40; and an interchange operation device 60 owned by an energy cooperation service undertaker 3 who supplies steam produced by the heat exhausting boiler 13 to the production processes. The energy cooperation service undertaker performs planning and design for the interchange of steam energy between a steam producer and a steam client, and performs feasibility study under the consideration of energy saving and economical property, and the energy cooperation service undertaker shares the costs of a steam interchange facility or the like and shares costs related to the security of the supply reliability of steam energy, and makes a plan in order to cover the cost sharing within the range of the energy saving benefits to promote steam energy cooperation.
