PYROLIGNEOUS ACID ADDITION COMPOST AND WHITE ROOT-ROT PREVENTION METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white root-rot preventive method by which the treatment of white root-rot prevention for fruit trees such as apple tree or other plants is carried out with high safety, in nearly natural state and with less labor without using agricultural chemical and concerning environmental damage of farms, agricultural field or the like and the fear of agricultural chemical pollution. PSOLUTION: A pyroligneous acid addition compost prepared by mixing at least one of a water-soluble pyroligneous acid solution or bamboo pyroligneous acid solution obtained by dry-distilling wood or bamboo into compost and further mixing with charcoal is applied to a white root-rot diseased strain. The pyroligneous acid or the like is mixed in a quantity of 60L or more per 1,000 kg compost. The charcoal is used by 20 kg or more per 1,000 kg compost. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
