PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a bronchodilator inhalation solution for relieving the bronchospasm of patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.;SOLUTION: The method comprises preparing an inhalation solution provided in the form of a unit-dose receptacle containing a single-unit-dose inhalation solution, prepackaged, stable, premeasured and premixed for the purpose of inducing the bronchodilation or relieving the bronchospasm of patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Specifically, the method includes: (a) a step of putting clean water into a stainless steel tank at 18-25°C; (b) a step of adding into the tank an acid, an infiltrative adjuster and at least each treatment-effective amount of albuterol sulfate and ipratropium bromide while mixing them together into a solution to form the objective inhalation solution, which is then put into the tank; and (c) a step of packing each of administration receptacles with 3 mL of the inhalation solution so that each of the receptacles contains presterilized unit-dose albuterol and ipratropium bromide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
