PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Karaoke system for adjusting output of a singing sound volume when chorus of a duet song is performed, which sets the output to an output state without a sense of incongruity for a listener, by not making noisy for the listener, during the chorus section of the duet song, and by avoiding beat etc. in final output.;SOLUTION: When it is determined that timing presently performed is the chorus section, in singing the duet song, regarding the threshold of a sound volume level which is a starting point for compressing sound volume for input singing voice, and a sound volume compression ratio when it exceeds the threshold value, setting change is performed such that at least one of the threshold TH2 which is lower than a threshold TH1 default-set to an effector, and a sound volume compression rate "1:5" larger than a default-set sound volume compression rate "1:3", is set to the effector.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
