PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rewrite the performance code of a program during the performance of the program without duplexing a memory.;SOLUTION: A program rewrite part 301 updates the performance code of the program stored in a NAND type flash memory 103, and a program calling part 303 loads the performance code of the program stored in the NAND type flash memory 103 to the storage area of a RAM 104 and performs it by a CPU 102. The program calling part 303 stations the performance code before update of the program in the storage area of the RAM 104 from the start to the end of the update of the performance code of the program by the program rewriting part 301, and even when the performance code of the program is being updated, the performance code before the update can be performed as needed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
