PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder component capable of forming a painted film that shows sufficient adhesion strength by adding small amount of the binder component to a photo catalyst-coating liquid.;SOLUTION: A first sol is a dispersion of amorphous Zr-O-based particles having a particle diameter D50 of 1-20 nm in a dispersion medium, contains an inorganic acid and a carboxylic acid or a salt thereof, and whose -potential is 20 mV, and a second sol is a dispersion of amorphous Zr-O-based particles having a particle diameter D50 of 1-20 nm in a dispersion medium, contains an inorganic acid and a carboxylic acid or a salt thereof, and whose -potential is -20 mV.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
