PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idea generation support device, an idea generation support method, and a program for supporting idea generation, capable of personalizing situations facilitating idea generation and idea generation stimuli depending on each person generating ideas.;SOLUTION: The idea generation support device includes: an idea generation strategy selection means 21 for selecting for each person generating ideas an idea generation strategy expected to generate ideas of high evaluation scores; an idea generation stimulus presentation means 22 for creating stimuli promoting idea generation by using the idea generation strategy selected; a strategy score calculation means 25 for making calculations as to what idea generation strategy used has resulted in the generation of ideas of high evaluation scores; and a selection requirement calculation means 26 for calculating correlations between the idea generation stimuli and the evaluation scores of the ideas generated, and personalizing parameters for creating the image generation stimuli.
