PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for precisely quantifying a hydrazone compound, which is obtained by allowing DNPH to act on an aldehyde or ketone compound, by an HPLC method and a gas absorbing cartridge for measuring the concentration of the aldehyde or ketone compound in the atmosphere suitable for executing an aldehyde or ketone compound measuring method.;SOLUTION: The measuring method of the amount of the aldehyde or ketone compound includes the process for making the aldehyde or ketone compound in a measuring target react with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine supported on a solid phase along with an acidic substance to produce the hydrazone compound, the process for extracting the produced hydrazone compound, the process for converting the extracted hydrazone compound to an amino compound by a reducing agent and the process for quantifying the amino compound converted from the hydrazone compound to calculate the amount of the aldehyde or ketone compound in the measuring target.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
