PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor including a stator formed by laminating two or more kinds of different steel sheets and capable of suppressing deterioration of starting characteristic or motor efficiency which results from a rotor.;SOLUTION: The motor includes: the stator having an iron core formed by laminating the steel sheets; and the rotor. The iron core of the stator is formed by using two or more kinds of steel sheets including steel sheets with surfaces coated with insulating film and steel sheets with surfaces not coated with insulating film, wherein at least one of the two adjoining steel sheets has the insulating film.
