PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body movement measuring device 1 capable of detecting body movement balance even when a pressure sensor is not installed. PSOLUTION: The body movement measuring device 1 is provided with an acceleration detection part 12 for detecting the change of acceleration by walking, an computing part 14 for detecting walking balance from acceleration signals detected in the acceleration detection part 12, and a display part 13 for performing output based on the detected walking balance. The computing part 14 for detecting the walking balance executes a step S8 and a step S12 for recognizing one step unit of walking from the acceleration signals and acquiring PPodd, PPeven, Todd and Teven which are information for each foot, and steps S9, S13 and S16 for detecting the walking balance on the basis of the information for each foot.
