PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image contribution means for a user in a system providing a three-dimensional dynamic image of a city view using an actual image.;SOLUTION: A meta data of an image contributed by the user is calculated in a relation with an adjacent image registered already in an image database, is registered into the image database, and is used for generating the three-dimensional dynamic image of the city view, in the three-dimensional dynamic image system for the city view of forming images of a city photographed highly densely along many directions from the sky or the ground into a database, of retrieving the image corresponding to an optional view point route and sight line direction in an optional city position, and of generating the smooth three-dimensional continuous dynamic image by morphing-processing the retrieved image, corresponding to a parallax with respect to an actual view point.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
