PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TIG welding head capable of efficiently performing a TIG welding to a workpiece having variance in dimensional accuracy, thereby enhancing welding quality.;SOLUTION: The TIG welding head 3, for the purpose of solving a problem of welding a workpiece with variance in dimensional accuracy, includes: a welding torch 25 having a tungsten electrode 21 in the center of the tip end and having a gas nozzle 23 in the circumference of the tip end; a filler unit 31 having a wire guide 27 for guiding supply of a filler wire F and having a filler holder 29 for holding the wire guide 27; and a connecting arm 33 for connecting and integrally holding the welding torch 25 and the filler unit 31. In the wire guide 27, there is formed a circular arcuately bend 39 which guides the filler wire F in a manner circularly delivered at a prescribed low approach angle θ to the weld zone 17 of a workpiece W. Also, in the configuration of the TIG welding head, in a position near the downstream of the circular arcuately bend 39, a point tip 41 is attached which has a short operation length L and which has a constricted part 43 and an expanded part 45 formed in a guide hole 47 inside.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
