PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving aptitude diagnostic apparatus capable of diagnosing the driving aptitude and appropriately comparing and evaluating results of diagnosis if the form and location space of operated parts to be used are different. PSOLUTION: A storage part 10 stores the correlations between the shape characteristics and the motion response reference time of an input button 7, uniquely set according to the form of operated parts and location space of the operated parts. A control part 9 finds the motion response reference time corresponding to the shape characteristics of the input button 7 and the motion response reference time corresponding to the predetermined reference shape characteristics of the input button by using the correlations read from the storage part 10, computes the difference between the two found motion response reference times as correction time, corrects the judgement time as the result of measurement of a judgement test and the motion time as the result of measurement of a motion test by using the computed correction time, and computes the driving aptitude evaluation value by using the corrected judgement time and motion time.
