PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control system preventing inappropriate advice and navigation to a user.;SOLUTION: The robot control system includes: a robot 10 capable of interacting with the user; and a remote management device 110 connected for communication with the robot via a communications network to control the robot.
