PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sealing a polymer microstructure, which can be simply reproduced and has a high yield.;SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for a polymer microfluid structure, two or more of structure elements of the microfluid structure are firmly combined with each other, or are laminated with a weak solvent combining agent, especially, acetonitrile and a mixture of acetonitrile and alcohol. The acetonitrile can be used as a weak solvent combining agent in order to seal a microstructure in a non-elastomer polymer such as acetonitrile, polystyrene, polycarbonate, acrylic, or the other linear polymer which forms a three-dimensional microfluid network. The method includes a step of moistening at least one of opposite surfaces of a polymer substrate formation element by the weak solvent combining agent which adjacently comes in contact with opposite surfaces at a designated lower temperature range and activates the combining agent at temperature higher than a low temperature range during a designated period.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
