PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report management system, a report management method, and a report management program, capable of separating information that identifies a person from information regarding a report and enabling a reporter to efficiently provide a report to an executive office.;SOLUTION: A report management system 30 comprises a control part 31, a report status data storage part 32, and a reported content data storage part 33. When an internal report is received from a reporter terminal 10, the control part 31 of the report management system 30 generates a report identifier and a password, records the report in the report status data storage part 32, and records the reported content associated with the report identifier in the reported content data storage part 33. After registering the contents of a response received from an executive office person-in-charge terminal 20, the control part 31 discloses the report identifier, after the status of the report status data is changed. When a report identifier and a password from the reporter terminal 10 are received, the control part 31 perform password collation; and when the collation is completed, the corresponding contents are received and registered, and the disclosure of the report identifier is terminated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
