WASTEWATER TREATMENT METHOD AND INSTRUMENTATION CONTROL SYSTEM AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT USED FOR THE SAME

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment method which enables an improvement of sludge settleability in a settling tank and/or suppression of foaming in a biological treatment tank without requiring introduction of new equipment, and to provide an instrumentation control system, and wastewater treatment equipment. PSOLUTION: In the wastewater treatment method by an activated sludge process using wastewater treatment equipment comprising a plurality of biological treatment tanks, a settling tank, and an aeration device for aerating a plurality of the biological treatment tanks, the amount of aeration air to the biological treatment tanks is controlled so that the average dissolved oxygen concentration of all the biological treatment tanks may become a predetermined dissolved oxygen concentration, achieving the improvement of sludge settleability in the settling tank and/or the suppression of foaming in the biological treatment tanks.
