PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation analysis method for extracting and correcting a difference in interpretation of ambiguous information on a product or service not yet materialized.;SOLUTION: The evaluation analysis system is configured to extract a change in score data based on information presented by each testee as difference in interpretation from the result of questionnaires for one object with different details of information provision, and to divide it into overall interpretation inclination components related to object characteristics and individual interpretation difference components related to individual characteristics, and to extract and store a relation pattern with data related to the characteristics. Thus, the difference in interpretation can be corrected only by adding questions related to the testee characteristics and the object characteristics to the question items of the questionnaires.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
