PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for signature-enciphering a data, based on an elliptic curve encipherment. PSOLUTION: The data is enciphered in a head-end system, using a random point R, and is digitally signed using the random point R. Only an x-coordinate RSBx/SBof the random point R and only a signature component sSBsignature/SBof a signature are added to the data, after signature-enciphering the data.
