PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manage power data related to the self-consumed electric energy that it consumed in itself, out of green power that is generated using natural energy.;SOLUTION: An external communication apparatus 16 is provided with a power data requesting means 35 which performs a transmission command on power data related to the self-consumed electric energy measured by a measuring device 13, to the internal communication apparatus 14 via a network N.
