PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction settlement system, which allows a buyer who cannot possess a credit card to easily perform credit guarantee at a shop or the like, and to perform future payment for the deficiency of advanced payment.;SOLUTION: The transaction settlement system includes an advanced payment receiving device which manages the money paid in advance of the buyer; a transaction management server including a storage means which stores received advanced payment amount information in association with biological information of the buyer; and a settlement device which accesses to the transaction management server upon receipt of transaction amount information and the biological information of the buyer to acquire the paid advanced payment amount information of the buyer, determines the propriety of advanced payment based on the advanced payment amount information and the transaction amount information, and starts an advanced payment transaction with a future payment transaction for the deficiency amount when the entire payment by advanced payment is impossible is determined, and an unconditional or predetermined permission condition is satisfied.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
