PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display condition determining device and a transaction confirming system which display transaction details in a native language of a user even when a mode is a foreign language mode which displays the transaction details in a foreign language, and particularly, which are effective in measures against a damage of a fraud of a repayment money of elderly people. PSOLUTION: The display condition determining device (display condition determining server 4) performs condition determination using conditions stored in advance in the display condition determining server 4 and personal information of a user who operates an automatic transaction device 1. For example, condition determination for determining whether or not "an age of a customer who selects transfer transaction is 60 or older" is performed, and, when the personal information of the user satisfies the condition, the display condition determining server 4 sends display possible information (native language notation flag). The automatic transaction device 1 displays transaction confirming information which displays transaction details in a foreign language and the transaction confirming information which displays balance in account after the transaction and the transaction details in a native language on a transaction confirming screen in a foreign language mode.
