PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure wideband antenna characteristics appropriately in each of a plurality of frequency bands.;SOLUTION: The element 3 of a loop antenna and the element 4 of a monopole antenna are fed with power at the same feeding point, and a parasitic antenna element 5 is arranged at such a position as electromagnetic coupling takes place between the parasitic antenna element 5 and the element 4 of a monopole antenna. When electromagnetic coupling takes place between the parasitic antenna element 5 and the element 4 of a monopole antenna, a current flows through the parasitic antenna element 5 and resonates on the low frequency side and the high frequency side of UHF band and VHF band.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
