PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize efficient musical performance practice not only by correction of a performed pitch and timing of performance but by comparing movement of hands during the performance with that in model performance after performing music data.;SOLUTION: A CPU 11 evaluates the performance of an electronic musical instrument 1 by comparing an utterance event, a silent event, timing of utterance and silence in model performance data to music with key depression data, key release data inputted from the electronic musical instrument 1 and timing of key depression and key release, comparing images of hands during the performance in the model performance data with images of hands during the performance picked up with a camera 5 and judging the comparison results.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
