CRUSHING METHOD OF SURPLUS SLUDGE, VOLUME REDUCING METHOD OF SURPLUS SLUDGE, AND CRUSHING APPARATUS OF SURPLUS SLUDGE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing method of surplus sludge crushing microorganisms with a low energy without using any chemical agent, a volume reducing method of surplus sludge, and a crushing apparatus of surplus sludge. PSOLUTION: The crushing apparatus comprises a vessel 6 containing surplus sludge 5 having magnetic particles 4, a magnetic agitator 7 chargeable in the vessel 6, and a magnetic field variation means 8 attracting the magnetic particles 4 and magnetic agitator 7 to one inner face side of the vessel 6 and vibrating or moving them by applying a magnetic field. When applying the magnetic field to the surplus sludge 5 having the magnetic particles 4 and magnetic agitator 7, generated by a rotor of 90 rpm of the magnetic field variation means 8, sterilizing effect of about 90% or more in one hour treatment is obtained, successfully solubilizing the surplus sludge.
