PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an industrial antiseptic and antifungal agent by using 1,2-benzoisothiazolin-3-one and a water soluble amine without substantially containing formaldehyde.;SOLUTION: This industrial antiseptic and antifungal agent has a form of stable aqueous solution obtained by blending 6-40 wt. % range 1,2-benzoisothiazolin-3-one and 7-47 wt. % range 1,2-diamino-1-propane. The industrial antiseptic and antifungal agent can be stably preserved in a state of containing the amine salt of 1,2-benzoisothiazolin-3-one without substantially containing formaldehyde as a harmful substance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
