PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid circulating operation facility for a supercritical pressure constant-pressure once-through boiler, and its operation method for positively securing minimum water supply flow required for a furnace by controlling conditions of a fluid flowing into a boiler recirculation pump.;SOLUTION: The fluid circulating operation facility for the supercritical pressure constant-pressure once-through boiler comprises the boiler recirculation pump 21 for recirculating boiler recirculation water from a heat exchanger tube at a furnace wall outlet in a supercritical pressure state or in its downstream position to a boiler water supply pipe 2; recirculating extraction pipes 30, 31 connected to an inlet of the pump 21 to extract boiler recirculating water W3 which is a part of a fluid put out of steam separation in a supercritical pressure state, from the heat exchanger tube at the furnace wall outlet and to return the boiler recirculating water to the water supply pipe 2 using the pump 21; recirculation pump outlets 22, 23 connecting an outlet of the pump 21 to the water supply pipe 2; recirculating water cooling pipes 10, 11 extracting cooling water W2 diverged from the water supply pipe 2 and connecting to the inlet of the pump 21; and flow detecting means 14, 26, 34 and fluid flow regulating valves 12, 24 provided at least at two pipelines out of the above three pipelines.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
