Disassembly and recycling plan for collected products, production of products, and procurement plan creation equipment for product production parts

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disassembling plan which reduces the amount of disassembling work of a used product to necessary minimum, and a method and a device of preparing a manufacturing/ procurement plan of the product so that the plan is consistent with this disassembling plan and the sum of a consumption cost is minimum, while satisfying a predetermined recycling ratio of a part or a material contained in the recovered product. PSOLUTION: When a scheduled numerical quantity of recovery of recovered products, an available date and numerical quantity of each part which becomes available by procurement, and a manufacturing quantity requirement which is information on a request date when products are required and a numerical quantity of the products are inputted, linear programming algorithm-based calculation is conducted under predetermined constraints to output numerical quantities of items subjected to decomposition, regeneration, manufacturing and procurement.
