PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily installable low-cost structure for coral adhesion by adhering corals on the inner face of a pipe 1, and to provide a coral adhesion method and a coral reef growing method by using the structure. PSOLUTION: A coral adhesion structure composed of a pipe 1 having a circumferential wall made of broad warps 2 and narrow wefts 3 is placed on the sea bottom, the pipe 1 is separated to each warp 2 after the adhesion and growth of corals on the inner face of the warp 2, and the pipe is turned inside out and again placed on the sea bottom to grow a coral reef.
