PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire behavior measuring method and a tire behavior measuring device capable of collating driver's sensuous estimation with tire behavior of a traveling tire during traveling of a vehicle to execute quantitative analysis, and easily taking out an image of the tire behavior and measured data corresponding to items pointed out by the driver's sensuous estimation from the measured data or a photographed animation of the tire. SOLUTION: In this method, the animation of the traveling tire 10 including a ground contact part of the traveling tire 10 is photographed, while a physical quantity showing a vehicle traveling state is measured simultaneously with the photographing. A composite image wherein the animation of the traveling tire 10 is composed in synchronization with numerical value measurement information obtained on the basis of the measured physical quantity is generated (step 108).
